I have completed 34 months articleship sucessfully with a firm and now i want to shift to the other Co. in the same town on secondment basis but my CA is refusing to give Secondment and forcing me to take Transfer.
So is there any Provision by which I can shift????????????
You have done 34 months articleship so its not possible for you to take transfer in normal cicumstances. Ya Secondment is a option for you i.e. you can join another firm but you will still registered under your old CA and for a maximum of 12 months. But for this both the CA need to be ready for secondment.
and if your CA forcing you for transfer you can submit your complaint on a plan paper (must be hand written) and submit it to ICAI, lets see what actione would be taken by ICAI
