Ref:Sec 289 of the Companies Act 1956
The Company has passed circular resolution on 16th December 2008 and the same was included in the Minutes of the Board Meeting held on 23rd October 2008.
I am asked to verify the same.I am sure there is a msitake.The circular resolution passed on 16th December 2008 could be included in the Minutes of the Board meeting held on or after 16th December 2008 and in no ways could be includedd in the Minutes of th meeting held before 16th December 2008.
Guys please correct me if I am wrong...Its a bit urgent.
