Hi Bharat,

SEBI (ICDR) Guidelines of the SEBI Act is not relevant/applicable for the May 2010 attempt for CA Final attempt

This has been notified by the ICAI.

However,the student is adviced to be coversant with atleast the differences between the erstwhile DIP guidelines and the currently promulgated ICDR guidelines.If time permits,the student may also read the same from knowledge point of view too.

Can any one tell me that if charge is satisfied but form 17 is not filed with ROC as bank has been taken over by RBI and none of the Bank's personnel has DSC, so what a COmpany has to do?  Please reply

Dear Varsha,

DSC is very much required. Try and convince bank officials to obtain DSC as early possible. As DSC is also very imp for other similar transactions by Bank.

But bank is not in position to apply for DSC as its working has been closed.  They had given hand written letter to us that their are no dues.  Please help.

Hand written letter is fine. But without digital signature of bank official you can not file form 17 for satisfaction of charge.

You have no other choice. By the way you may visit ROC to figure out some solution.
