Scared about costing final result-studied from dvd

Shamim bhai yeh sirf aapki pareshani nahi hai, mein bhi same problem face kar rha hun. Mujhe bhi JIT & TP ka question bilkul samajh nahi aaya. Kisi se kuch bol nahi paa raha but mein bhi utna hi dukhi hun jitney aap. Pata nahi yeh teachers DVD kyun nikalte hain. Students ke pure career ki band baja rahi hain yeh DVDs.

Prakash bhai aap bhi bilkul thik bol rahe ho ...teacher se class mein hi padna thik rehta hai DVD paise toh bachati hain but rulati usse kayi guna jyada hai

Well true fact is that 

Conceptual knowledge u can gain in face face to face class with teacher that will never come in reading with dvds etc because we can not never concentrate in studying with dvd at home

bt if we want we can do it better and take full & maximum benifit by studying from it

it wholly depend on us

 okay ....I guess I can understand  that There is huge difference of  watching DVD at home and taking class at an institute  ... but  I have a doubt ...

If DVD is full recording of class,  then obviously you will get same knowledge as you can grasp in class  ( I guess better as you can be more concentrated in class) 

 hmm ...okay I can't deny the fact there are many  doubts which you can't understand by yourself ...for solving those doubts we need to take some efforts to clear concepts, ask questions about our doubts from a senior or teacher   ... How can it be teacher's fault  ... usne to jitna smjhana tha samjha diya class me ?? 

and this thing can't change no matter if u are attending class or DVD ...  it's just our fault when we overlook the mistakes and they comes as blunder to us. surely we can take help ....but still final efforts n responsibilties are ours only..... coz rectification to hume hi karni h 

I have given CA FINAL this time but my prperation was not enough so will be giving 2nd grp again in may and i have decided to study cost from Sanjay Agarwal sir videos...Will that be good for clearing my concepts...

Dvds shall be used only for revision not for full course study. Best strategy is to study face-face class of some other teacher & refer DVDs only for topics which are not clear or for topics you have forgotten while revision. You shall neither take classes of same teacher whose DVDs you already have nor you shall do complete course from DVDs

Well said bro. DVDs are nothing else but a dirty strategy of publicity by teachers. These teachers don’t even think that how much adverse effect these DVDs are having on career of innocent students.  The only reason of scoring marks in SFM is non-availability of quality DVDs

there  main thing , in havng class on dvd, is concentration and focus level

and the further if in recording any teacher say to get homework done most of students dnt do tht because they say "yaar apne to akele hi class lga rhe h sab smjh aata hai" but the thing is not same u have to do homework as well if u dnt get any problem after it u can share it with some regular class user or u can ask it on CCI itself..............................

I feel one can really gain fairly good knowledge by self study as well.  After initial self study and understaanding the basics, if a person takes assistance of DVDs' or other modes for reference, he can definitely increase his knowledge and this serves as revision also.

Caution:

• Selecting a very good text book / Institute material is very essential and immportant before starting self study.
• Normally time taken for actual self study and taking coachng will be in the ration of 3:1 though on certain topics this may vary a little

i think costing is more of perception and you need to understand the subject regardless of souce of concept.be sure that you understand the concept,then you dont need to worry of model in which the question being asked..
