Is Sarbans Oxley Act in syllabus for November 2011 exams??? if yes is it important for exam ????

Yes, the SOX Act, 2002 is in the CA Final Audit syllabus.

yes it is in syllabus and very imp for exam as well .... as u can see in last 3 attempts continous question from this chapter 

try to learn all the 11 sections of SOX .. learn about functions of PCAOB .. internal control over financial reporting is also important therein
