WE HAVE UNUSED STOCK OF 2016-17

NOW WE ARE GOING TO SEND BACK TO PARTY

CAN WE MAKE TAX INVOICE INSTEAD OF DEBIT NOTE.?

Yes, but it consider as sale if you issue invoice.
