CAN ANYBODY PROVIDE BE THE BEST SALARY STRUCTURE USNIG ALL ALLOWANCES & TAX FREE PERQUISITES WITH SALARY UP TO 20000/- SO TAHT TDS AND FBT LIABILITIY CAN BE MINIMISED.

The following is exempt in the hands of the employee:

1) Rs.800/- per month towards conveyance.
2) Not exceeding Rs.15000/- per annuam towards medical - it should be on actuals.

Please provide me a total structure for different catagories

in both daily wages and fixed based salary

and also you please provide details that how we have to calculate the PF after the minimum Basic and for what about higher salaries person and how can we get the contribution for both side
