Service provider has to charge service tax to partnership firm

IF services are provided by AOP, HUF, Firm ,LLP, Individual to business entity registered as body corporate located in taxable territory by way of supply services then reverse charge mechanism is applicable.
i.e service receiver will pay 100% tax
Other than this service providee has to pay tax
i.e service receiver will pay 100% tax

by this i may understand that provider will charge by his invoice collect the tax from receiver and than he has to pay to gov.
Yeah, Service provider has to pay ST by collecting the ST from receiver in your case.

Notification No.30/2012 ammended vide Notification No.07/2015
in this notification no where it is written that service provider has to deposit the ST
