Can sum1 plz xplain me the case law given in pg. 128 (1st case law of Cenvat Credit) in RTP for nov 2016 (IDT).
I want to know whether ccr will be allowed for outward transportation to the place of buyer???

Yes outward transportation up to the place of removal falls within the expression "input service"
The Place of Removal, in terms of the Circular of the board is question of fact.If a manufacturer is to deliver the goods to the purchaser, the place of removal would not be a factory gate of the manufacture but that of the purchaser.
