Hello Friends,

Can you please inform that R T I Act 2005 is applicable to which Organisations.

Which body Corporates come under the purview of RTI.

Which Companies Come under perview of Rajbhasha Adhiniyam.

Sir,

RTI Act is not applicable in Private Institution.

Dear Sir, 

I want to know on which Companies, RTI is applicable.

To be more specific, There is a Company registered under  Companies Act and is 100% subsidiary of LIC of India.

We know that RTI is applicable to LIC.

But  is RTI applicable to the Company which is subsidiary of LIC.
