Sir,

RTI Act is not applicable in Private Institution.

We are enclosed herewith a soft copy for your information.

Dear Sir, 

I want to know on which Companies, RTI is applicable.

To be more specific, There is a Company registered under  Companies Act and is 100% subsidiary of LIC of India.

We know that RTI is applicable to LIC.

But  is RTI applicable to the Company which is subsidiary of LIC.
