In case of private limited company there is no restrictin on the remuneration paid to the directors. As the provisions of section 309 is applicable only on public companies.
But check the articles of association of the company.
And you may pass an ordinay resolution to be on the safe side.
Dear All, I am Confused with one point I got to Know from my CA. That We are three directors in my company Me, My Dad, and my Mother. We want to increase our salary but He says we need a Director in the company who is not a releative to us for this to authoriese this increment Please Guide... Mohit Jalan
