I have filled form 5 with wrong details.
now i want to rectify it.
is it possible to do so?
has anyone done it in past?

file form no 5 along with letter with sign of Director rectifying the mistake and also request to consider the new form 5.

Pls tell do i need to file form 61 for this and
what are the chances that the new form will be accepted
its practical issue contact roc to raise query and so that you will have chance for resubmission.
