MCA has issued the clarification about above notification of revised sch-VI of Cos. Act and the same is applicable from 01.04.2011. the same is available here to download for all members....

Since the comparisions are to be given with the Accounts of Currenty year, its indirectly applicable to FY 2010-11also( Will be shown as comparative in 2011-12). Need not do anything with the Accounts of 2010-11
