Revised E filing of salary return

Dear members,

Can a salaried return which was electronically filed can be revised by filing PAPER return.

yes you may revise it through paper return......but it is suggestive that you file it electronically only

No Friends, Revised return must be filed electronically / manual, when the original return is filed electronically / Manual.

IT Officials not accepting the return, when I file the revised paper return which was originally E-filed.
