reverse mechanism
If transporter does not charges gst on freight I am registered dealer ,I have to pay gst under reverse charge mechnisam or under clause exemptions up till 5000 daily it will do

Service recipient is liable to pay tax under RCM if purchases from unregistered dealer above rs5000 in a day from one or many unregistered supplier
Service from GTA is covered under 9(3) for which there is no exemption of 5000/-
