Rcm laibility is not waived of fully..please go through the sheet ..those services are still liable under RCM

Those expenses are not liable under RCM if it is paid on or after 13.10.2017..

No..ask him to refer notification no. 38 ( CGST rate )....If he still does't agree or if he has different view then he can contact me..
