In my opinion
as per the notification by cbes , they said they have suspended the tax till 31 march 2018 and have amended last notification dated 28 june. And in that notification they said it is applicable from 1 july. And the following notification was of 5000 per day exemption dated 28 june. Hence the RCM is suspended till 31 march 18 from 1 july.
