We are manufcturing industry. In GST regime we have to raise Invoice on freight inward and outwrd on RCM basis?

inward freight only
u will have to charge gst on normal basis on outward freight like make is composite supply under goods dispatched.
If you are paying the Frieght. Then you need to generate invoice under RCM.
We are taking Various consultancy Service for (Techincal and Non Technical) and we are paying through Cheques and deducting TDS on bills.
The consultancy service is more than 12000/- is Reverse Charge Mechanism applies for the same.
