if I purchase from unregistered dealer 20 item in a bill amount is more than 5000 then I prepare gst invoice under reverse charge what detail is mandatory shows in reverse charge invoice

yes itc will be available depends on item
I read section 2 (62) of cgst act in which Itc available on GTA please clarify me
