GTA services are covered under reverse charge, so while paying GST under reverse charge is there any need to check whether the turnover of that GTA has crosses 20 lakhs as GST is exempt if the turnover is less than 20 lakhs.

No the recipient is liable irrespective of GTA turnover

sir, I have one more doubt in this

A is the supplier
B receiver
AND GTA

Now B ultimately receives the goods, so he will be recipient
Or. A who hired GTA is recipient
