Return Invalid
I filled ITR-1 for A.Y. 2015-16 with refund but not send ITR-V and now the return become invalid so is there any way to get my refund or is it possible now to file fresh or revised return for A.Y.2015-16?

File fresh return... If return is not submitted or e verify within 120 days it becomes invalid
Date if A. Y 2015-16 already lapses... Last date 31.3.17 for belated return... Where u r till date
No revised return.. As u have not submitted earlier return that is not count as valid return
