No form yet notified for F. Y. 2009 - 10 relevant to A. Y. 2010 - 11. The same are yet to be notified.

As per Income tax Act 1961,  it is not necessory that , one should wait for the completion of

end of the financial year , then file the return of income,  Especially in case of person , who is leaving India (and going abroad) for indefinate period, such person can file the rerun of income , anytme during the FY.  even it could be the Month of april of Finalcial year also .

and now see , The full financial year has ended , and no forms has been notified yet .

This is india !!! and this happenes only in India.

and thats why , indian are known for the "jugadu" attitude all over the world.
