Remaining two partners doing business without my consent. Like they r not informing me while transfer money to our creditors... Becoz in our bank, any two partners can sign.. I said to our partners i want to quit... But they r saying if u want to quit then why u join partnership. Now we do not have sufficient money to pay you.... They r not responding me positivaly.... But i want to retire. Should i give a notice to my partners for retirement from the firm????

Yes, you can do so. However you should first go through with your partnership deed, accordingly you make take legal step to get it resolved.

Thanks Ca Ak nandan.... For your quick & Glad response....

Is there any issue if partnership firm is not registered under partnership act, 1932.??

Should i give notice to my partners through mail or whatsapp??

Is there any format of retirement notice??

Obviously it would matter if not registered, but not so adversly. You should send written letter duly signed with regd. AD or speedpost & keep its acknowledgement safely. Try to explain all your concern in detail.

For further clarification, you may write us to info @ wealth4india.com

Thankyou sir.......

Discuss on mail...
