Can an employee(having good knowledge of main business activity) of a pvt limited company be sued,,,,,,,,,,?????
if he makes default in the company and runs a similar kind of business diverting the customers of the previous company???

Yes, he can be sued. An employee of a company cannot start a business similar to that of the company he's working for in an attempt to divert the clients.
