1. Whether TDS is deducted or not on a minor who is earning from a property owned by his father? The father is alive & is an representative assessee???

If the property is owned by the Father then how the minor will earn income from the same property - minor will earn income only when the same is gifted to the minor - even then the income will be clubed with the father & TDS is must if it falls into those reles (e.g. Rent limit is now 180000)
