rent and home loan in deduction
i am rented in dehradun and my own house in ghaziabad. can i claim both house rent which i am giving and home loan which i am paying to bank of my ghaziabad house...

yes you can avail the deduction. the only condition for claiming hra is you should not have house in the same city.
