If the rent agreement is registered for one of the companies (Say A) and I want to open one more company at same premises (Say B). Will rent agreement for A be accepted for B as well. What other documents needs to be submitted.

Depending on the area taken on lease and unit of the lease , the terms and conditions of the original lease deed may be revised in terms of rent, area and purpose of the lease deed. Addendum to original rent agreement may be executed
