I am of the opinion that even if Company is restored by NCLT than also disqualification of directors can not be removed. section 252 and 167 are independent not interrelated. Many companies whose status is active have disqualified directors

Remove disqualification of directors section 164(2)
If a director disqualified u.s 164(2)(a) in the case of non-filling of financial returns, after appointing of new director and filed all the pending returns can they file DIR 10 in form CG-1 will it be possible to remove the disqualification of the directors please reply
