Relief for students who worked as assistants

hi good evening

I would like 2 know whether a student before completing his Pe2,worked for sometime (say About 3 To 4 years)in a CA FirmContinuously,Whether he gets

1)any relaxation in articleship period if he does articleship with the same firm.

2)bcoz he has worked for some time while attending the Exams,he got the experience,what he would have when he takes up the articleship.

Please advice me...if there is a provision in this regard
