If date of EGM is 30th December, then relevant date 30 days vproor to the date of EGM will be 29th nov, 3oth nov or 1 dec

As per Regulation 71 of SEBI(ICDR) Regulations, 2009 "Relevant Date" means:
The date 30 days prior to the date on which the meeting of shareholders is held.
30th Nov will taken as relevant date.
