Reimbursement of telephone

For telephone reimbursement, bills are required to be submitted which are in the name of the employee. Cases where the employee doesn't have telephone bills in their name, but they submit an undertaking for usage of telephone in the name of Spouse/Parents. Can this be accepted as a valid proof and thus can these bills be taken as re-imbursement?

Bill has to be in the name of employee to get the reimbursement...

Just give your company an undertaking saying that you are the one paying the bill for that telephone connection in the name of your parent(s).
