If I don't have any vehicle on mine name & I hire a taxi on monthly biases, from residence to office to perform my duty. Can I get Tax benefit of reimbursement of conveyance expenses as per IT rule?

If you are a salaried employee then reimbursement is not allowed rather a fixed monthly transportaion allowance of Rs.800 pm will be allowed.
You just need to break up your salary details and show Rs. 800 as Transportation Allowance.
