can any body tell me whether SAHAJ and SUGAM returns acknowledgement is to be sent in colored print in case of e-filing and also in case of manual filing

SAHAJ AND SUGAM ITR Acknowledgement - in case of efiling no coloured print is to required to be submitted. wheresas in case of maunal filing coloured print is compulsory.
