Who will pay GST if dealer is composite dealer in GTA ?

GTA services are under reverse charge categort but in this case GTA adopted composition scheme so GTA is liable to pay GST as per prescribed rate.

Tax liability payable by Composition dealer also can't claim ITC by Composition dealer...

Gta will pay gst only when the party to whom he is providing services is Unreg.
