REGARDING FILING OF ITR 4 AY 2008-09

Hello Saxena Sahab,

 As per Section 139(4), a late return can be filed upto one year from the end of the Assessment Year. 

So in your case, you can file the ITR for AY 2008-09 upto 31.03.2010.

The Last Date for filing ITR For A.Y. 2008-09 was 31.3.2010. Thats why u get the abovesaid message.

hmm same error i got, when i tried to fill ITR-V, firm's return.
