there is little confusion with FY & AY.
but still u can remove auditor at any time

Resignation by Auditor is easy as compared to Removal, refer S.140 of CA 2013. For Removal, SR need to be passed by members subject to prior approval of CG in Form ADT-2 and auditor should be given opportunity of being heard in EGM, which is required to be held within 60days from the date of approval by CG
