regarding another course

You need to get permission for doin CS course along with CA course only if you are undergoing articleship training. In your case u are eligible to join articleship training only after completing the first group of IPCC. So u need not send form 112 as of now. Instead while joining articleship after completing IPCC u shud inform in form 103(registration of articleship) about the other course u are willing to do along with CA and submit form 112 seeking permission along with form 103.
