refund to govt employees

Income tax deparment have no diffrentiation between govt employee and other employee in matter of refund- Your client should file return and i.e. the conclusive procedure for claiming the refund but dont forget to see that when there is a refund positin why TDS has been deducted?- Look in to the matter or discuss the case in deep.
