Refund reissue request

Dear Sir

I filled my Income Tax return & there is a refund.The return is processed without default.But the problem is that the refund is not credited my account which I mention in Income Tax return.A cheque has issued & despatch our address.when the cheque has arrived in our local post office the Postman not inform me and he returned the cheque.Now the cheque has received by Income Tax Department from SBI Refund Banker.But the problem is this I could not reissue refund request.I also prevalidated my bank account.Please advice me what I do now.
