Sir, Can I get a refund(in Electronic Credit ledger) after GST cancellation?

No... ITC can't be refundable after cancellation...
Also ITC will be reversible at the time of cancellation of registration...

Sir it's Suo moto cancellation by officer (for non filing returns more than 6 months). Is Compulsory to file GSTR-10 (Final return)?
Consider the details with Your Officer...
If dept cancelled Your gstin You must be file all the pending returns with that liability...
