Rectification of return
i filed wrong return for FY 2011-12. There was a relief under Sec.89(1). I forgot to fill it in return.
I received a letter from IT Dept, for default us 245 mentioning section code 1431a .
How to file the rectification.

Check the date of assessment/ intimation under sec. 143(1a),
If the date of order is within 4 years as of today, you can file rectification; otherwise time lapsed.....
