We have incorporated one private limited company in 2016 where in the word "CONSTRUCTION" was mispelt in the form as "COSTRUCTION" and the incorporation certificate was also generated with same error. Later on we printed the letter head with correct name. But recently while executing the agreement we found that on pan card also same error was there and now the client wants the name to be rectified as the agreement was going to be executed in the name of CONSTRUCTION. Kindly clarify the procedure if any rectification can be done on mca urgently?
