Please tell me whether the course fee for Post Graduate Diploma Course in Advanced Computing offered by CDAC ( Advanced Computing Training School of Ministry of Communication & Information Technology,Goverment of India) is eligible for rebate in section 80C of Income tax Act.

In such a case the onus vests on the tax payer to prove that the course is 'full time'. If full time then you can use section 80C.

not for yourself
you need to prove full time education
