If I have a LLP which had been closed does the DIN need to have KYC each year even if i am not associate with any LLP?
If i don't KYC each year and after few years decides to reactivate again will the penalty be 5000 for each year or it is just one time fee for that year?
If I have a DIN can I surrender it and later revoke it if I want to start again?
Yes, every year needs to file DIN KYC.
5000 additional fees is one time, even if you file after 10 years.
You cant surrender DIN once used.
