I have received a re-submission mail from MCA regarding Proposed Name of the company stating that "Proposed name reflects the business might undergo financial activity like chit funds , micro- finance, housing - finance, investment adviser activities and provide the declaration as per the proviso to rule 12 of the Companies (Incorporation) Rules, 2014 and should be signed by all the subscribers"
But the business is NOT going to carry out any of the mentioned activities, in fact the specific objectives of the company has been clearly mentioned in Objects of the company in RUN and as well as e-MOA.
Kindly provide me the appropriate solution.
