We have re-appointed our Managing Director for further period of 2 years , please let me know whether we will require to file Form DIR -12 at the time of re-appointment of Managing Director ?

form mgt-14 is required. however. dir-12 is not required
DIR 12 is not required to be filed for reappointment.
