On 22nd GST meeting which is held on 06.10.2017, the govt issued a press release saying that RCM lability on URD purchases has been suspended till 31.03.2018.
However there is no official notification has been issued on this. We have wait for more clarity. Like whether it is applicable retrospectively or prospectively, or it is applicable for all assessee or only for small scale assessee etc..
