RCM postponed fully or partially

Any supply from UR dealer....... be it goods or services...

Reverse Charge Mechanism applicable for the purchases from the unregistered dealer has been posponed till 31.03.2018.

Now, registered taxpayers can purchase from unregistered persons without having to pay GST on reverse charge basis.

Hence the sla b of Rs. 5, 000/- stands cancelled.
