in my view RCM is not at all applicable from july also but RCM on notified goods or services like GTA insurance services advocate fees are applicable. Experts may pls confirm

New problem has been created. In tally 6.1.1 rcm provision entry fully suspended but we have to pay rcm U/s 9(3).
