One has to be very clear that only section 9(4) stands suspended that to applicable from date of notification.

in my view RCM is not at all applicable from july also but RCM on notified goods or services like GTA insurance services advocate fees are applicable. Experts may pls confirm

Govt. I salute you for doing harassment to us.

New problem has been created. In tally 6.1.1 rcm provision entry fully suspended but we have to pay rcm U/s 9(3).

You can download it if you need u / s 9 (3) in RCM in tally 6.1.1 release

tally 6.1.1 has fully removed rcm system in tally software 6.1.1

Also tally has only removed RCM payable on URD and not under section 9(3)
