RCM liability for September
Do we have to pay RCM liability on URD purchases for the month of September as the same is been postponed too March 2018 as per GST council Meeting this month...

In the reacent press release, the Govt. has given relief from RCM laibility on URD purchases except few like GTA, advocate services etc..this relief is given from Oct month onwards.
However still now official notification has not been issued for this.

HSN - 1201 - Soya bean with seed quality - exempted
HSN - 1201 - Soya bean other thab seed quality - GST @ 5%
